Position Description: Based in Wasilla, Alaska, the Client Service Coordinator will join our dynamic, female-run team of financial professionals. Primary responsibilities include client management and critical support to our clients, with adherence to Financial Industrial Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules and industry standards. This team member is responsible for managing client inquiries and plays a leading role in providing excellent customer service! In addition, triaging client needs and retaining client documents/records is critical to our operation. Client confidentiality is of utmost importance.

Position looking for:  75% or Full Time

 Roles/Duties:

  • Manage and direct client inquiries via phone, e-mail, or in person
  • Ensure that our team is providing excellent customer service
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings
  • Prepare and process client forms expediently, using proprietary asset management software
  • Maintain and update client records in a timely manner with minimal mistakes
  • Maintain compliance standards according to federal laws, company policy & branch office standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree, or minimum of three years in a professional environment
  • Financial industry experience is a bonus, but not a requirement!

Requirements

  • Successfully pass background, criminal, financial and regulatory review
  • Work from approved registered office with professional dress
  • Maintain client confidentiality

Compensation: $21 - $25/hour DOE
