Position Description: R+R Financial Partners is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic, female-run team of professionals. Primary responsibilities include administrative and clerical tasks in a fun, fast-paced financial planning office. Responsibilities in this role include administrative processing related to the financial services industry, providing professional and friendly support to clients and assisting in daily office operations. This team member is responsible for managing client inquiries and plays a leading role in providing excellent customer service! Client confidentiality is of utmost importance.

The ideal candidate for this role is a reliable, resourceful, organized and detail-oriented team player.


Position looking for:  75% or Full Time

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage in and outbound calls, emails, and in-office visits with professionalism
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings
  • Research and resolve account issues for clients and advisors
  • Educate and support clients on online access to accounts and information
  • Manage and handle advisor notifications
  • Follow through with all paperwork to ensure it is in good order
  • Mail agreements, brochures, and other client account paperwork to clients
  • Maintain files and prepare correspondence and documents for advisors and clients
  • Maintain and update client records in a timely manner with minimal mistakes
  • Prepare follow up forms for clients per advisor’s requests
  • Send documents via e-signature to clients
  • Maintain compliance standards according to federal laws, company policy & branch office standards

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or higher in business, finance, economics, administration, or equivalent experience and/or training.  Knowledge of investments, financial operations, insurance, trusts, and financial planning is a bonus!
