Primary responsibilities include administrative and clerical tasks in a fun, fast-paced financial planning office. Responsibilities in this role include administrative processing related to the financial services industry, providing professional and friendly support to clients and assisting in daily office operations. This team member is responsible for managing client inquiries and plays a leading role in providing excellent customer service! Client confidentiality is of utmost importance.
The ideal candidate for this role is a reliable, resourceful, organized and detail-oriented team player.
Position looking for: 75% or Full Time
Duties include but are not limited to:
Education and Experience
Associate degree or higher in business, finance, economics, administration, or equivalent experience and/or training. Knowledge of investments, financial operations, insurance, trusts, and financial planning is a bonus!
